Differentiate between Dofollow and Nofollow?

Do follow link is the link when you allow search engine that your domain can pass the link juice to the followed link. Thus that domain is able to increase its domain value.

Where in nofollow link is the link which tells the search engine that you can divert user to the mentioned url but My website will not allow you to pass the link juice for the mentioned link.
