It is a methodology of Agile development which is the hybrid of Scrum and Kanban. Scrum is basically a framework of Agile which is used for maximizing the ability of a team for quick delivery. It is used for adapting new evolving changes and emerging requirements in the market condition. Scrum requires the sprint process where development cycles of fixed length are used. Kanban follows a continuous approach of working, measuring, planning and reviewing outcomes. It determines the items which are in process by using work in the process tool and also minimize the chaos. Scrumban is perfect for those teams who are looking for the Scrum structure with the flaw-based method.
