1) What critical feedback do you most often receive?
You should answer this question positively. For example - one of the things that I am sometimes criticized for is being too much of a perfectionist. I tend to expect very high standards of work from myself. Therefore Answer it accordingly.
2) What is your biggest weakness?
You can simply answer this question by not answering any of your critical weaknesses openly. Instead, you can say that you have some and you are working on it to improvise yourself.
3) Why you are fired from your last Job?
While answering this question, always be honest about why you were fired from your last job and state the most objective explanation. You can say that I took the following steps to handle yourself after being fired from your last job. The steps are:

You can answer this question as usually you work 40 plus hours in a week as you generally complete your work on time but sometimes it got extended if there is any requirement needed by the client.

You can answer this question according to you. For example, you can say generally I finish all my tasks on time and leave the office on time. But if there is any requirement then I stay late in the office.
6) When do you think you'll peak in your career?
Answer this question according to yourself by properly examining yourself. For example, you can say that when you will be a senior manager of the company then it would be the peak in your career.

You should answer this question smartly for example my dream job is the job which would allow me to make a positive impact on people every day. I would love to work for a company like yours that makes time-saving and life-enriching products that thousands of people use every day.

You should answer this question as you believe that it is our work and dedication to achieve it that makes us lucky. Therefore Yes, I think I am lucky.
9) What have you learned from your mistakes?
You can answer this question by considering the following that you can say that you have learned from your mistakes:

10) What do you expect from your supervisor?
You can answer this question as I expect my supervisor to provide work that is relevant to both the company and my growth and he should know my strengths and also help me work on my weaknesses. My supervisor must set a positive example as I believe I'll be more encouraged to work harder.
11) How do you deal with conflict with a co-worker?
While answering this question you can say that generally, no conflict arises with any co-worker but if any conflict regarding the project arises then we resolve it by figuring out the most suitable possibility to move ahead and accomplish the project within the time.
