The day of the interview is one of the most precious days in a student's life. It’s one of the best platforms in which you can show your skills and can achieve your dream. Do some research work before the Interview

Firstly, before going for an interview you should do little research work about the company. Maybe while attending the interview the interviewer may ask from you if you know anything about the company. This is one of most important interview questions for students that can be asked by them. To prepare this question you can visit the site and social media of the company. From there you will get all the detail information of their brands or products.

Read the job description carefully

Secondly, before attending the interview you should go through the requirements list of the company once again. You should have an idea about the skills and qualities they needed for the position. After going through the list you should prepare for the interview accordingly so that you can be a good fit for that job position. Moreover, you should have detailed information about the CV that you have submitted because mostly the interviewer will ask questions from the CV itself.

Prepare yourself with the common questions

The third point is that you should always be prepared for the common questions. One of the common interview questions for students that can be asked by the interviewer is to speak about you. You can make a list about your strength, skills and weakness so that at the time of interview you don’t miss any of the points.

Find silent place in the telephonic interview

If the telephonic interview is going on, then you should find an appropriate place with no background sounds. You should attend the telephonic interview in a proper way and no disturbance by others.

Take some time before interview

The fifth point is that you should take some moment before attending any telephonic interview. In that time you can just recall all your thoughts and keep you nervousness down. Apart from this, you should make sure that you have a pen and paper in front of you so that you can take notes of the interview.

Keep calm and cool

It's one of the most common things to get nervous while attending the interview. So in the nervousness you can’t concentrate on the words told or asked by the interviewer. You have to calm down your nervousness after that only you can focus on the interview and can talk properly. To overcome the nervousness you can take a deep breath while attending the interview or you can just sip little water while the interview is going on.

Greet your interviewer

As you all know that first impression is the last impression. So while you are attending the interview whether it is telephonic or face-to-face communication, you should greet the interviewer in the proper manner. This point shows your good manners and sometimes it impresses the interviewer also. While leaving the interview say thanks to the interviewer.

Know your dress code

There are different dress codes for different offices so before attending any face to face interview you should dress properly according to the office. In the other case if you don’t know about their dress code then you can go to the company site and search for the dress that is required for the company.

Behave properly

While the interview is going on you should behave properly. Your each and every action will be noted by the interviewer.
